HOW TO BOOK

1. From the homepage

2. Go to Meet the Speakers and click BOOK TICKETS

3. Fill in how many tickets you would like and the names of the people attending then click BOOK NOW

4. When you have finished selecting your ticket go to Cart or Checkout in the top bar.

5. Fill in the order requirements and your card details and complete the order – you will be emailed your order confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE BRING YOUR EMAILED ORDER CONFIRMATION TO THE EVENT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. THIS IS YOUR TICKET . IF YOU HAVE BOOKED MULTIPLE TICKETS, PLEASE ENSURE THAT EACH GUEST HAS A COPY OF THE EMAILED CONFIRMATION TO PRESENT ON ARRIVAL.

TICKET SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ILF Management reserves the right:
– to make alterations to the advertised programme
– not to admit latecomers until a suitable break in the performance, and
to refuse admission if considered necessary.

– The use of photographic, sound recording and mobile communication equipment is forbidden.

– We reserve the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

All patrons, including children must have a seat and an accompanying ticket.
For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our customers, we do not allow children to sit on customer’s laps. Generally, parents should not attend with children/babies under four years of age.

Discounts and special offers:
– Patrons must state discounts they are entitled to at the time of booking, as they cannot be applied retrospectively.
– May be limited or subject to availability and are at the discretion of ILF Management,
– Cannot be applied retrospectively, and only apply to full price tickets.
– No money will be refunded for tickets sold for performances at the ILF, unless the performance is cancelled.

In the event of cancellation of a performance, ILF will refund the ticket value. No other recompense will be made.

Customers must not purchase tickets for the purpose of reselling for profit or commercial gain.
